Cancellation Policy

At Neural Harvest, we follow a Grow-to-Order model, meaning our premium microgreens are cultivated only after your order is confirmed to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Cancellation Request

• Orders may be cancelled by sending an email to contact@neuralharvest.in within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of order confirmation may not be accepted, as production would have already commenced.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Reschedule the delivery to a mutually convenient date; or
• Approve the cancellation request, where applicable.

All cancellation requests are subject to review, and Neural Harvest reserves the right to accept or decline any cancellation request based on the stage of production and operational feasibility.
