Refund Policy

If your cancellation request is approved, Neural Harvest will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment.

Online Payments

Refunds for orders paid through a payment gateway will be processed to the same payment method used during the purchase. The refund is typically credited within 7 business days, subject to the processing time of the respective bank or payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers will be required to provide their bank account details. The approved refund amount will be transferred to the designated bank account within 5–7 business days after the required information has been received and verified.
